Our work together is a personalized process designed to help you create meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. We begin by getting clear on what matters most to you—your goals, values, strengths and definition of optimal health. From there, we explore what may be getting in the way and start building a path forward that feels realistic and aligned with your life. This is not about overhauling everything at once, but about creating steady, manageable progress that builds over time.

As we move forward, we will meet through scheduled sessions. Coaching sessions are done virtually and can be weekly, or bi-weekly depending on your needs. We focus on key areas that effect your longterm health, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, relationships, and environment—helping you build habits that support your body’s optimal function. I will provide guidance, tools, and resources based on what you need, while offering support, education, accountability, and a space where you feel heard and understood.

I do not treat, diagnose or prescribe medication. I work alongside your existing medical care to support you in the day-to-day. I do so by helping you implement and sustain the lifestyle and behavior changes that make lasting impacts. This is where knowledge transforms into action, and where real, lasting change begins.
