Book a 30 minute discovery call with me to discuss what coaching is, how we would work together and address any questions as you explore the possibility of working with a coach. All sessions are conducted remotely via zoom.

After our discovery call, we will outline what our coaching relationship will look like in terms of length and frequency of sessions. Below are some package examples. All packages can be customized based on client needs.
3 Month Plan
Bi- Weekly Meetings
This package includes 6 sessions over a 3 month period. Assessments and all educational material included.
Sessions are held 100% remotely via Zoom.
All 3 Month Plans can be renewed or extended as needed.
3 Month Plan
Weekly Meetings
This package offers more support over the 3 month period via weekly sessions. Includes follow up, and check-ins as directed by the client.
All 3 Month Plans can be renewed or extended as needed.
This package includes 12 sessions over a 3 month period. Assessments and all educational material included.
Sessions are held 100% remotely via Zoom.
Custom Plan
Frequency, Term and Price TBD
All 3 Month Plans can be renewed, or extended if needed by the end of the original agreement.
