Book a 30 minute discovery call with me to discuss what coaching is, how we would work together and address any questions as you explore the possibility of working with a coach. All sessions are conducted remotely via zoom.

3 Month Plan
Bi- Weekly Meetings
This package includes 6 sessions over a 3 month period. Assessments and all educational material included.
Sessions are held 100% remotely via Zoom.
All 3 Month Plans can be renewed or extended as needed.
Sessions include:
A) 1 Hour Foundation Session-
This is where we we identify what is most important to you, where your strengths lie, your vision of optimal health and wellness. This both facilitates self-discovery, and allows me to get to know you a deeper level.
From there we can begin to map out a plan for the length of our coaching agreement. In a world where most people want to diagnose what’s “wrong” with someone- we focus on what’s right, and utilize those strengths/values throughout our coaching engagement to achieve goals and overcome potential obstacles.
B) 4 Follow Up sessions (45 minutes)
Follow Up sessions are client-centered, where we form sustainable goals and address challenges at your discretion. The coach’s role is to support as you need to be supported, while using open-ended questions rooted in positive psychology and behavior change science to help you identify what you need to reach your version of optimal health. A coach can educate, help co-create goals/action steps, and evaluate progress along the way. We work together to set achievable goals, and reinforce your intrinsic motivation for change.
C) Final Wrap Up Session (45 Minutes)
In our final session, we conduct a comprehensive review of your journey throughout the coaching relationship. We discuss a plan to maintain your progress, and strategies to use to overcome potential challenges. We celebrate your success, and make sure you feel well-equipped and supported as you continue independently.

3 Month Plan
Weekly Meetings
This package offers more support over the 3 month period via weekly sessions. Includes follow up, and check-ins as directed by the client.
All 3 Month Plans can be renewed or extended as needed.
This package includes 12 sessions over a 3 month period. Assessments and all educational material included.
